Abandoned Tunnels

You fill a sack with everything important you can get your hands on. You slowly and carefully make your way back out of the abandoned tunnels.

You go on a tour of the Sewer's black markets, selling everything. By the time you're done, you are incredibly rich. 

You leave the Sewers and buy a nice house in the Upper City. For a few years, there's unrest. Major monopolies are toppled, some large-scale heists take place, but overall, there's no major change. The regime stays the same. Eventually, stability returns.

The money is more than enough to support a comfortable life for the rest of your years.
