Rodentia is a city in unrest. Factions and gangs roam the streets, looking to for trouble. A trip down the wrong alley could end your life. The grand Rodentian sewers, which were once the pride and joy of the city, now crawl with illicit business- black markets, casinos, speakeasies. The Lower City is a cesspool of poverty and desperation. Power hungry rebels feed on this desperation to commit acts of terrorism, hurting innocent civilians in the process.

Luckily, the great Rat King and his royal guards protect Upper Rodentia, a bastion of what Rodentia once was. The streets are clean, the skyscrapers tower, and the ancient marble Palace sparkles. There is cheese aplenty.  And, due to the newly installed Rodentia Light Monorail™, Upper Rodentia is more accessible than ever!
