Abandoned Tunnels

As you walk, the tunnel walls begin to disappear behind a thick, strange jungle. The plants here are hard to define. Some appear to be slimy fungi, eating away at the ancient metal surface of the sewers. Others appear plant-like, with oddly-shaped leaves and bright flowers. Every plant is in shades of brown, white, and blue. You're not sure how these plants are able to grow. There's no sunlight in the sewers- only a dim glow from the occasional functional light fixture.

You continue to forge forward, with increasing difficulty as the jungle takes over. Finally, you see a clearing ahead. You quickly push through the final bit of vegetation and just manage to catch yourself before you fall off a ledge. After a moment of panic, you study your surroundings.

You're at the end of the large pipe you were traversing. Outside, you see a massive vertical pipe. Hundreds of other pipes just like the one you stand in feed into this gigantic chamber. You carefully peer over the edge into the vertical pipe. You can't see the bottom.

Suddenly, you hear a loud creak, then a snap, and the ground beneath you begins to shift. As you look down, you see the metal grated walkway you are standing on begin to slip forwards, towards the edge of the pipe.
