You continue sprinting past the restaurant. You run along the bustling thoroughfare for a few more minutes.

Suddenly, another shadowed figure walks out of an alley just ahead of you. They are clearly watching you and their stance is hostile. You look over your shoulder and see your pursuer is catching up to you.

Cars roar past you on the wide highway. It seems there is no way out.
