Shopping District

You call for help. A guard runs up to you, but when you point to where the rat ran, all you see is a crowd of slightly startled rodents.

"I'll radio it in. can you give me a description?"

You give a description of the rat. The guard relays your description through their radio.

A few minutes later, another older-looking guard walks up to you, holding your hat in one hand and a bloody needle in the other.

"Here's your hat, citizen. Thanks to your detailed description, I was able to... apprehend the suspect."

You find yourself inspired by the teamwork of the two Royal Guards. Maybe you could be part of that. Being so new to the city, it'd be nice to have a community.
