Upper City

Welcome to the Upper City! this is the most glamorous region of the city. It's clean, there's an artisan cheese shop on every corner, and most importantly, it's safe. 

There's much to do in the Upper City. You could explore it's many districts- the shopping district, the theatre district, the military district. Or, you could visit famous landmarks, like the Royal Palace or the Great Wheel.
